I started taking SD-200 tongkat ali about three to five months ago. I’m not exactly sure, but I did order the eight month supply – no, four month supply, four bottles.

I’ve been suffering from low T for about fifteen years. I’ve also posted testimony on the web site. Mainly in the late fall, winter, early spring, early summer months, my quality of life lowered dramatically.

During those fifteen years, it’s something that I noticed and struggled with. But I also attempted to find some sort of help, weather it was going to my doctor, looking on the internet, searching for symptoms, wondering if that was the way my life was going to be. I was depressed, low self-esteem, percentage of fat gain, weight gain, quality of sleep was much less. I mean, pretty much every symptom described in low test or depression, I had during those months.

Even odd symptoms that were even different, like size, maybe feeling shorter, hands feeling smaller, but definitely muscle tone and size was smaller during those months. But every year it seemed to come back during the summer months. It was just like a cycle, and it was good during those four to six months, but the rest of the time it was very difficult living.

The one other attribute that sd-200 tongkat ali extract has addressed is mental sharpness. That’s another thing that, during those winter months, cold weather months, I felt much less mentally sharp. Much less motivation when it came to work, scheduling, being motivated and what can I say? I don’t really have a word for that, other than “mentally sharp.”

But after taking SD-200, I did the recommended cycling on and off – 10 days on and 5 days off. After that I did a couple 5 days on and 2 days off, especially toward the end of running out of my first shipment. Bunches of little cycles.

It took about 4 to 5 cycles, and I started to see an incredible change. I mean it was like it was the middle of summer, but it was the middle of March. And I mean, that has never happened, not since I was in my mid-teens (when I’m sure test levels are through the roof, anyway.)

I never really had any blood work done. I did see a doctor who said that those symptoms could be, but I could pay $400 for a test to see, and we could do it again six months later to compare. I just felt that was a waste of time and money. And then their treatment is the testosterone gel, which you have to be on for the rest of your life, and I definitely am not interested in that. But I could take four to five cycles of taking sd-200 tongkat ali, start to see dramatic changes. I did couple this with exercise and a change in my diet, which I realize can do it on its own, but I had done that before without much result.

The product is amazing. It doesn’t upset my stomach, even on an empty stomach, and I do try to take it with food. The customer service has been unbelievable. Sam Lee is usually within an hour turning around an e-mail, but at the most, 24 hours. The product does take a little bit to get to you. It’s about 14, 15 business days; I think my first shipment got to me in 12 business days. But I would have waited a month, and I would have paid double to improve the quality of my life, full circle, entire spectrum, as much as it did.

I do recommend, in the site it does say “do not take Propecia,” and I did stop taking that, which I had been taking for a year and a half. I do believe that drug does inhibit some of the benefits. But I do recommend a diet and exercise program along with it, but that’s like with anything.
